Combining the extraordinary landscape of the High Atlas Mountains with the power of contemporary leadership principles, Lead Like a River enables you to shape a path for your professional life that you and only you can follow.
Lead Like a River is an 8-day experience that combines the power of nature with contemporary leadership principles to enable you to acknowledge and apply your unique contribution to the world. Held entirely in the magnificent landscape of the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco, the program will strengthen your innate convictions about what’s deeply important to you, enable you to craft your vision, let go of the obstacles that stand in your way, and map out your path to the work that matters.
Lead Like a River combines facilitated group work, individual exercises, solo time in nature and ample opportunity to explore important subjects that emerge during our journey together. We emphasize deep reflection, personal insight and learning, and how you can apply this to make the transition you desire in your professional life. Because places are limited to a maximum of 10 participants, each participant is guaranteed a high level of support and commitment from each of the facilitators, who treat each individual’s safety, confidentiality and ambitions as their priority. The program includes a one-day trek higher into the Atlas Mountains, a dawn-to-dusk solo in the mountains, and a return trek.
The program is for you if you are not afraid to explore new frontiers, ready to accept what needs to change both within you and around you, and eager to declare YES to leading your life with purpose.
Since Lead Like a River started in 2009, people have come from all around the world, from many different professional backgrounds and cultures, with different levels of physical fitness, across different age ranges (from 25 to 70 years old), and for many different reasons.
