My new book, Fierce Consciousness: Surviving the Sorrows of Earth and Self, is coming out in March… and I’m celebrating by making a 21-city cross-country tour throughout the United States!
When grief and anxiety beat us down, the struggle to cope can feel like it’s crushing us even more. To meet big challenges we need to develop fierce consciousness. In this book I offers 34 simple practices for not only surviving tough challenges to our personal lives and our ailing planet, but also engaging with them in ways that give new meaning and beauty to daily experience.
Friends in each location are hosting the events, which will include a reading from my book, followed by a discussion. And if you buy one of the books that will be offered, I will be happy to sign it for you.
